Broken on arrival? We'll replace it free. Ceramics travel carefully, but if your order arrives broken or chipped, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90031 57406 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video of the damage. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you. If that piece is out of stock, we'll refund you in full instead.

Changed your mind? We can exchange any product for you for a handling fee of ₹99. If you choose a more expensive piece, you pay only the difference.
